GPS is GOOD

GPS is the most efficient way to collect data to determine the area of a traverse. It is undeniable that GPS is able to produce a better adjusted network. In particular, uses of GPS to control complex boundary control traverse network is apparently effective. Moreover, GPS is very obviously a more economical method of orienting a network to a desired grid system than running along series of terrestrial control lines from the nearest grid monumentation to the network.
